David's passion for real estate began at an early age, watching firsthand how real estate investments could shape the financial future of families. After graduating from California State University and spending five formative years studying and working abroad in Mexico and Germany, he developed a global perspective that continues to influence his approach to business, investing, and relationships. With more than three decades in real estate, David recognized a gap: investors often had the individual pieces but rarely a strategy to make them work together. That insight became the foundation for Bayern. Today, he helps investors maximize income, preserve wealth, and create long-term value through strategic real estate ownership, approaching every client's portfolio with the same care and discipline he would give his own family's.
David's commitment to growth extends well beyond the deal table. As a Strategic Coach Signature Program participant, a Conscious Leadership Circle member, and an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Visionary, he is constantly refining how he thinks, leads, and serves. He's a lifelong learner who shows up better every day - for his clients, his team, and his family.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to long-term value creation, he approaches every asset with an owner's mindset and a dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes. Growing up in Dubai and witnessing one of the world's fastest-growing cities evolve firsthand helped shape his appreciation for development, growth, and opportunity. After moving to the United States to attend Arizona State University, Abdul earned his real estate license at a young age and pursued several entrepreneurial ventures before joining Bayern.
Today, as Portfolio Manager, Abdul leverages Bayern's trusted network of expert connections to support client relations, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property operations. Abdul approaches every asset as if it were his own family's, leading with transparency, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience with a combined work history in public and private accounting, specializing in real estate. She is an analytical problem solver and effective team leader, driven to develop and transform business strategy and to create an environment of continuous improvement, cost reduction, and overall efficiency. Her expertise spans financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, strategy and organizational planning, financial planning and budgeting, business controls and process improvements, and performance measurement and analytics.
