David grew up watching real estate shape the financial lives of families, and that foundation never left him. After two decades in the industry, including time at a nationally recognized real estate development firm, he recognized a gap: investors had the pieces, but rarely a strategy that made them work together. That insight led him to build Bayern. Today, David works with investors to maximize income and protect what they've built, treating every client's portfolio with the same care he'd give his own family's. He's a lifelong learner who shows up better every day - for his clients, his team, and his family.
